Welcome,   beautiful   human, 

I'm so glad you have found me!

I'm here to walk beside you as you navigate the crazy and beautiful transformation ahead. I know it can be scary, a little confusing and oh so exciting and that’s why I'm here. We were never made to birth alone, we were made to rely on a village one where you felt loved, cared for, honoured and respected. These are life changing days after all.

Your birth space is immensely sacred and vulnerable. With your partner by your side, it’s incredibly important that your whole birthing team honours you with strength and love. I believe that there is no right way to birth but your way.

Every birth is different and what you want matters. Therefore, is not my job to teach you how to birth, but instead to support you mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I’ll make sure you feel safe and confident in your decisions. I’ll hold space for you, care for you and support you and your partner as we journey this truly life changing road together.

What does having me as your doula look like?

• Feeling empowered to birth autonomously and with confidence

   controlling you
• Feeling supported and held by someone with you and your
   babies best interests at heart through pregnancy, birth and 
   postpartum
• Understanding and validating your past trauma and navigating
   how it may impact your thoughts and actions on your journey
• Having the wisdom and confidence to easily can make the right
   decisions through your journey
• Knowing that you can create a positive experience and be 
   supported no matter where or how your birth unfolds.

I’m not just a doula but a friend, confidant, cheerleader, someone that cares deeply for you and takes the time to get to know you and your family. You don’t come out of such a sacred space without forming a very special bond to those that entered it with you.
